As the Digital Creative Director, I spearheaded a strategy that combined insights and planning to tailor messaging for our customer personas, aiming to drive adoption of the SAAS model—a primary marketing goal. Our campaigns highlighted key enhancements, including a grower portal application, to encourage the switch. This approach led to a successful migration of customers to the SAAS model and expanded the Agvance platform's user base.
