As the Creative Director, I spearheaded a collaborative effort between the JUMP and Integrity teams to enhance the Memorial Health career website. Leveraging UX strategies and extensive research, we strategically implemented tactics aimed at boosting employee submissions, effectively bridging the expertise of both teams to achieve our goal.
